My Carmel Collection is inspired both by memories and the photos I recently took. Even before this collection existed, Carmel, California, was a place I visited often—its beaches, the light, the rocky coast, and the cypress trees, bent and worn by decades of wind from the Pacific. This collection translates that visual language into abstraction.
